The infamous Outer Scouts! Truly mysterious and wonderful characters in the series! They are the toughest warriors of the bunch, however they often have the wrong idea of what the right thing to do is. But these girls just draw you right in! I can't help but love the gorgeous cels of them. Michiru/Sailor Neptune, being my favorite, even inspired me to learn how to play the violin...though never as well as she plays it of course!
